  Here are some tips when making an enquiry;

- Outlining what kind of service you require (installation, repair, condition report etc)

- The plant or equipment type (split ducted, walk in freezer etc) and models / serials if applicable 

- Issue details (water leaking, odours, noisy, not cooling etc)

- If requiring a quotation for installation, the more detail the better - area size, plans or drawings, switchboard locations and pictures
